Integrative Diagnosis Treatment System for muscles, nerves and joints

Integrative Diagnosis  ®  (ID) is a cutting edge educational and certification program for healthcare providers that specialize in diagnosis and conservative treatment of muscle, nerve and joint problems.

Manual Adhesion Release ®️ Treatment for muscles, nerves and joints

Manual Adhesion Release ®  (MAR) is the primary treatment for the reduction of adhesion in the ID system.   Generating tension directly on adhesion is the most effective way to  reduce and eliminate it. MAR is one of the most accurate methods of  eliminating soft tissue adhesion.  The concept behind MAR is very simple. However, the application requires considerable knowledge and skill.  Dr. Lambert and Maggie continue to practice and train every year with some of the best musculo-skeletal providers from around the world to further develop their skills.

Instrument Adhesion Release ®️ treatment for muscles, joints and nerves

Using  the Integrative Diagnosis ®  (ID) system we specialize in the treatment  of soft tissue injuries, which includes the use of Instrument Adhesion  Release ®  (IAR).  The IAR tool provides specific treatment;   more importantly it has an edge that is more comfortable for the patient.

How we can help

Back Pain

Back Pain

Back pain in the is one of the most common conditions in adult life and one of the leading causes of physician visits.    80% of the adult population will deal with low back pain at some point in their lifetime.  The most common cause of back pain and stiffness is from fibrous adhesion.    Although, fibrous adhesion is extremely common it is often misdiagnosed.  This leads to health care providers commonly prescribing things such as manipulation, taping, stretching and exercises that do not affect adhesion.  Unless treated properly by an expert, adhesion can eventually lead to other problems down the road such as lumbar disc problems, low back muscle spasms and early onset spinal degeneration and chronic pain.

Causes of back pain that we treat:

  • Muscle Adhesion
  • Lumbar Disc Injury
  • Nerve Entrapment
  • Osteoarthritis

Neck Pain

Neck pain

Neck pain is all too common in today's society full of cell phone and computer use.   Overuse of the neck muscles with bad posture often leads to the formation of fibrous adhesion in the muscles.  Although fibrous adhesion is extremely common it is often misdiagnosed.  This leads to health care providers commonly prescribing things such as manipulation, taping, stretching and exercises that do not affect adhesion.  Unless treated properly by an expert, adhesion can eventually lead to other problems down the road such as  cervical disc problems, neck and upper back muscle spasms and early onset spinal degeneration.

Causes of neck pain that we treat:

  • Muscle Adhesion
  • Cervical Disc Injury
  • Nerve Entrapment
  • Osteoarthritis

Joint Pain

Joint and muscle pain

Joint pain in the shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee and ankle is often caused by fibrous adhesion in the muscles.  This is a product of overuse and a lifetime of regular use and abuse on the body.   The most common causes of joint pain are fibrous muscle adhesion and nerve entrapment.   Although fibrous adhesion is extremely common it  is often misdiagnosed.  This leads to health care providers commonly prescribing things such as manipulation, taping, stretching and exercises that do not affect adhesion.  Unless treated properly by an expert, adhesion can eventually lead to other problems down the road such as  early onset joint damage, arthritis, burning, aching, stiffness, tingling, numbness and chronic pain.

Causes of joint pain that we treat:

  • Muscle Adhesion
  • Nerve Entrapment
  • Osteoarthritis

Fibrous Muscular Adhesion

Fibrous Muscular Adhesion or scar tissue

Fibrous muscle adhesion or scar tissue in the muscles is the most common  source of pain, weakness, and limited motion in the human body.  It is unfortunately also the most under-diagnosed problem in the musculo-skeletal system.  With expert  treatment fibrous muscle adhesion (scar tissue in the muscles) can be reversed.

Peripheral Nerve Entrapment

Peripheral Nerve Entrapent, often causing tightness, numbness, tingling and weakness

There   are many areas in the body where nerves have to pass through or in   between adjacent structures.  Since muscles are always expanding and   contracting to allow movement, the nerves utilize slippery sheaths to  guide them though these muscles.   When damage occurs to these nerves  and protective sheaths, fibrous adhesion (scar tissue) is laid down to repair the damage  causing the muscles to adhere to the nerve like an area of glue.  This  area of  glue is called an adhesion and can often cause tightness, numbness, tingling,  and  weakness.
