Evaluation-based care for persistent low back pain, stiffness, and movement limitations.  

Focused evaluation for neck pain, stiffness, headaches, and restricted motion.  

Evaluation for symptoms traveling into the buttock, thigh, calf, or foot.  

Assessment for radiating pain, numbness, tingling, burning, or weakness when nerve irritation may be involved.  

Evaluation-based care for shoulder pain, stiffness, limited motion, and pain with reaching or lifting.  

Focused evaluation for shoulder pain that may involve rotator cuff irritation, restricted motion, or soft tissue limitations.  

Evaluation for elbow, forearm, and grip-related pain that may involve soft tissue restriction, tendon overload, or nerve irritation.   

 Assessment for pain, numbness, tingling, burning, weakness, or symptoms traveling into the arm, wrist, or hand.  

Evaluation-based care for hip pain, gluteal tightness, limited mobility, and pain with walking, sitting, or exercise.   

Focused evaluation for knee pain that may involve soft tissue restriction, tendon irritation, joint motion limits, or altered leg mechanics.  

Evaluation for recurring tightness, pulling, cramping, or restricted leg motion that does not fully improve with stretching.  

Assessment for foot, ankle, heel, or lower-leg symptoms that may involve soft tissue restriction, joint mechanics, or nerve irritation.  

Tightness that keeps returning may involve more than muscle tension. Adhesion or restricted soft tissue motion may be part of the problem. 

Recurring stiffness may develop when soft tissue, joints, or movement patterns are not moving normally. 

Pain that shifts from one area to another may reflect compensation, altered mechanics, or multiple contributing restrictions. 

Pain during reaching, bending, walking, lifting, or exercise can help reveal where movement is limited or overloaded. 

These symptoms may involve nerve irritation or restriction and should be evaluated carefully. 

Loss of motion may come from soft tissue restriction, joint stiffness, guarding, or nerve sensitivity. 

Pain or tightness after exercise, walking, work, or sports may suggest the body is not tolerating load well. 

If symptoms continue after standard care, a more detailed evaluation may help identify missed mechanical contributors.
