Clear pricing for soft tissue, adhesion-focused care, and movement-based treatment in Grand Rapids. Our office is primarily self-pay and out of network with insurance, except for Original Medicare Part B. Fees are discussed before care begins.
Most patients begin with a new patient examination. Follow-up care is recommended based on your examination findings, diagnosis, and treatment plan. Fees are discussed before care begins.
A brief consultation may be used when you want to discuss whether our office may be a good fit before scheduling a full examination. This is not a full examination, diagnosis, or treatment visit.
If a new patient examination is scheduled and performed, the $50 consultation fee is applied toward the examination fee.
Includes history, examination, movement testing, orthopedic and neurological testing when appropriate, diagnosis, explanation of findings, and recommendations for next steps.
A standard follow-up treatment visit is typically 15–20 minutes and focuses on one primary area or condition. Treatment may include soft tissue treatment, adhesion-focused manual therapy, movement reassessment, shockwave when appropriate, or related musculoskeletal care.
Re-examination fees vary based on the complexity of the visit, the amount of testing needed, and whether the concern is new, changed, or requires a more detailed reassessment.
Fees are discussed before care begins. Additional or extended visit types may be recommended based on examination findings, treatment needs, and appointment length.
Some patients with multiple areas, more complex cases, or conditions requiring additional treatment time may need a longer appointment. Standard follow-up visits are typically 15–20 minutes and focus on one primary area or condition.
If an extended or multi-area visit is recommended, the fee will be discussed before scheduling or before care is provided.
Our office is primarily self-pay and out of network with insurance. Payment is due at the time of service.
We can provide a detailed superbill for patients who want to submit visits to insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. We do not verify insurance benefits or estimate reimbursement.
We participate with Original Medicare Part B when Medicare requirements are met. Medicare coverage in chiropractic offices is limited and may cover manual spinal manipulation of the spine to correct a vertebral subluxation when Medicare requirements are met. Most other services we provide, including examinations and soft tissue treatment, are not covered by Medicare when performed by a chiropractor.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your care may cost. We provide Good Faith Estimates upon scheduling or upon request so fees are clear before care begins.
If you are unsure whether our office is the right fit, contact us before scheduling. We are happy to explain our fees, visit structure, and what to expect.
